We understand that some customers may not be completey satisfied with their SeneGence purchase and that is why SeneGnce offers a return policy for those who are not completely satisfied with their purchase. If a customer of a Distributor is dissatisfied with a SeneGence product for any reason, then that retail customer may return that product within twelve months from the date of purchase, for either a replacement product or a full refund of the purchase price.
